Why can I get only 20 reviews?

This article is explaining why you can get only 20 reviews on your store.

The default Ryviu Chrome plugin will allow you to display only 20 reviews. If you want to get more testimonials, you should use Load More reviews feature on the product reviews edit page.

How to get more reviews?

1. Login to Ryviu Dashboard

2. Click the Products on the top menu.

3. Select the product you want to get more reviews

4. Click Load more button

Load More feature is only supported for the paid user. If you are a free user, you can just load 20 first latest reviews of Aliexpress product for each of your products.

How to set the number of reviews per load when importing reviews?

1. In Ryviu dashboard, click the Settings > Import Review

2. Set the number of reviews on Limit number of reviews

3. Click Save Changes button
