# Fix: "Please login your Ryviu account"

Sometimes, there is a notification "Please login your Ryviu account" even you are already logged in to your Ryviu account. The reason why you are facing this issue is that your browser is blocking cookies from Ryviu application. 

Please fix it by following this instruction:

Go to your **Chrome Settings** > **Advanced** > **Content Settings** > **Cookies** and add the addresses below to the **Allow** field to fix this error.
