Edit name when replying

This tutorial will guide you on editing your name when replying to a comment on your store.

By default, when you reply to a comment in your shop, your username will be displayed. However, you can change it within one of the two ways below.

1. Reply from Ryviu dashboard.

Please go to Ryviu settings page and click the Profile on settings menu and change the first name and last name > Save what you've done

2. Reply directly from your store.

You need to do as the first way. However, you need to navigate to your Ryviu dashboard > Enable your reply to display it on your store.
