Reorder reviews

In this tutorial, you can reorder review by date, make a review displayed first as you want.

In Ryviu, you can manage and reorder any reviews in your store by editting the date of reviews. If you want a review appears at the top of your reviews section, then please refer to the instruction below.

Edit date of a review

Go to your Ryviu dashboard > Reviews, select the review that you want to display first, hover on it then click on Edit icon on that reviews, click on Create at, click Now to get the latest time, and then click Save Changes button.

You can also change the date to another date by click on a day in the calendar, click OK button and then click Save Changes button.

Edit date of bulk reviews

You can use CSV Live Editor to edit the date of reviews.

Please login to your Ryviu dashboard > Products, hover on a product that you want to edit reviews, click on CSV Live Editor icon:

Click on the date of review which you want it to appear first, click on the Calendar icon in the Create at column, click Today, or select other dates. Finally, please click the Save button at the top right.
