Approve reviews

This tutorial will guide you on how to control and check all reviews before publishing on your store.

This is a very useful feature that will help you to control all reviews on your store including the negative feedbacks and positive ones.

Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:

Login to your Ryviu dashboard > Settings > Customer Review under the Widgets section.

STEP 2:

Turn on option Approving - Verify customer review before publishing (green color).

STEP 3:

Save all changes

Once customers write reviews on your store, it will be added to disable reviews. Click on Review status (green color) to enable it in your store.

Ryviu will send you the notification via your email and Ryviu dashboard if you verify your email and enable the option to get the notification on https://app.ryviu.io/#/settings/email-request.
