Customize email

With Ryviu, you can create or design your own email request review template as you expect.

Please take a look at the instruction below to create your own request email template Below is the default email template that you will send to your customers to ask for a review.

Before editing your email template, please go to your Ryviu Settings > Email System, upload the logo, and store's URL that you want to display in your email template.

If you want to create your own template then, please refer to the following steps:

• Login to your Ryviu account

• Settings > Layout > click Add new button

• Select Type is "Product Review Request"

You can add more elements for your template by clicking at the end of a line then click enter on your keyboard, click on the plus icon on the left or the grid icon on the right
