# Customize email

With Ryviu, you can create or design your own email request review template as you expect.

Please take a look at the instruction below to create your own request email template\
Below is the default email template that you will send to your customers to ask for a review.

Before editing your email template, please go to your **Ryviu** **Settings** > **Email System**, upload the logo, and store's URL that you want to display in your email template.

If you want to create your own template then, please refer to the following steps:

* Login to your Ryviu account
* **Settings** > **Layout** > click **Add new** button

* Select **Type** is "*Product Review Request*"

You can add more elements for your template by clicking at the end of a line then click **enter** on your keyboard, click on the **plus** icon on the left or the **grid** icon on the right
