Uninstall Ryviu App

This instruction will show you how to uninstall Ryviu app from your Shopify store.

If you want to reset or reinstall Ryviu App from your Shopify store, let's follow this instruction.

You just need a few seconds to uninstall Ryviu app.

1. Log in to your Shopify admin > Apps

2. Click the Delete link next to Ryviu app

3. Click Remove button

4. Done.

Because Ryviu codes are not automatically removed on your site. Therefore, after uninstalling the app, you have to remove all codes from Ryviu that you added in your store. If you don't know how to do, you can contact us to help you with it.

Please note that once removing Ryviu app from your store, all reviews will be disabled and all connection and Ryviu code included in your store will be removed. You can reinstall Ryviu and reconnect your store with the plugin by following this guideline.
